All of our pegs are covered by a 30-Day Warranty for Separation and Defects Only.
If within 30 days the topper and peg separate naturally, we will replace the peg at no charge. Please define the defect.
To claim a warranty replacement:
The fit of the pegs on cribbage boards is not guaranteed.
While most standard boards have similar hole sizes, there are many different board manufacturers and varying quality levels — meaning hole sizes can differ even among boards of the same brand.
Custom or handmade boards are especially inconsistent, and we cannot guarantee that our pegs will fit every board type.
To help with this, all of our pegs are designed with a flanged base that rests on top of the board, helping prevent tipping even if the fit is loose.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send all returns directly to Krazy Kustom Cribbage Pegs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt of your item. We’ll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or separated within the 30-day warranty period.
If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email krazykustomcribbagepegs@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
